Navigo’s Research and Advisory arm provides services to Australian organisations helping them navigate the fast changing world of HR Technology to make the right decisions for their particular situation.
We are the people behind HRTechReport.com.au – providing research, market intelligence, thoughts and opinions on the Australian industry. Our annual survey, now in it’s 3rd year, provides analysis on HR Technology use in organisations.
Our business is growing and we need smart, enthusiastic people on the team.
 Our ideal person will have:
- a incredible understanding of enterprise software and preferably the HR/HCM space
- a passion for business software and how it can best be used to drive results
- technology savvy – you keep up to date with software trends and understand architectural concepts
- ability to present to HR Executives and connect at that level
- ability to think critically and articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely
- excellent written and verbal skills
In your job you will:
- Conduct research and analysis on HR solutions – attend vendor briefings, talk to customers and follow the industry
- Consult with customers for briefings and engagements
- Develop research articles and whitepapers
- Create surveys and analyse results
- Write blog articles, tweet and discuss news, opinion pieces and other valuable tidbits
